Sunscreen is especially made to protect our skin from the sun’s ultraviolet radiation.  It shields our skin from prolonged sunlight exposure which causes skin cancer and other skin diseases.  Studies have shown that people who are using sunscreen are less prone to skin diseases caused by UVR.  Other benefits that sunscreen holds, is that it contains protein such as collagen, elastin, and keratin which keeps the skin firm and smooth.

An ideal sunscreen contains milk and moisturizing effect; filters UV-A, UV-B, and UV-C.  There are also water resistant sunscreen and has SPF 30+.  Protect your family from the harmful effects of prolonged exposure to sunlight.  Daily use of sunscreen is highly recommended.  For people who have sensitive skin, consult your physician before applying sunscreen to avoid skin irritation.
